Responsibilities

• Staging and configuring servers, switches, and firewalls.
• Configuring, testing, and shipping telecommunication equipment.
• Setting up and configuring Windows computers, servers, and networking devices.
• Reading and entering data as required.
• Following verbal and written instructions accurately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience preferred, but candidates with a technical degree/certification will be considered.
• Technically proficient in basic computer skills.
• Experience with networking equipment, particularly Cisco and HP is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a help desk role for at least 1 year.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow.
