About the position

NCR VOYIX Corporation is seeking an IT Reporting Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This full-time position is integral to our operations, focusing on the collection, analysis, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive operational excellence and management intelligence. The IT Reporting Analyst will be responsible for developing dashboards, scorecards, and executive presentations that support effective decision-making and track business performance. This role requires collaboration with various departments to gather source data, design and build analyses, and publish metrics dashboards. The analyst will also be tasked with identifying trends in complex data sets and developing processes that enhance data quality and efficiency. In this role, the IT Reporting Analyst will consult with cross-functional groups to identify data and analytical needs, conduct thorough analyses, and present findings to leadership. The position involves maintaining effective communication with internal organizations and external partners, ensuring that all reporting changes are documented and consistent. The analyst will also be responsible for developing work plans to meet deadlines and prioritizing business information needs. This office-based job requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to present complex subjects in a comprehensible manner. Responsibilities

  • Collect source data from various departments on a regular basis and as needed.
  • Design and build analyses, trending, and forecasting reports using Excel, Quickbase, PowerBI, or other technologies.
  • Publish metrics dashboards and executive presentations.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Develop processes, tools, and templates for efficient and standardized data analyses.
  • Implement data collection systems and strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of information and reporting by identifying issues with core metrics and KPIs.
  • Facilitate changes and participate in process and data improvement efforts.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal organizations and external partners.
  • Structure and present complex subjects in a meaningful manner.
  • Develop work plans to meet deadlines and communicate status to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Math, Computer Science, Quantitative Business Analysis, or a closely related field.
  • Proficient to master level with Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and querying capabilities.
  • Experience with end-user reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to find solutions and deliver results in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain cross-functional relationships.
