About the position

The Account Manager at Randstad Digital is responsible for driving new business through direct client engagement and territory planning. This role focuses on building lasting relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs for mutual success, and positioning Randstad Digital as a leader in the talent industry. The Account Manager will analyze market trends, leverage industry expertise, and serve as a business consultant to enhance customer experience and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business through direct client engagement and territory planning.
  • Analyze market trends to maximize growth potential within key segments.
  • Brand Randstad Digital as the leading partner for talent through strong relationships.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to envision technology transformations for customers.
  • Serve as an expert business consultant within the industry segment.
  • Optimize and amplify current relationships by engaging with clients as their primary contact.
  • Utilize Randstad Digital's strengths to drive digital transformation in various areas.
  • Work closely with project/program management to ensure successful delivery.
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels.
  • Lead the execution of new agreements to surpass revenue and margin expectations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of IT staffing sales experience preferred.
  • Experience with Public Sector vertical.
  • Proven history of expanding services within assigned accounts.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and influence skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • A history of outperformance.
  • A Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives.
