About The Position
The IT Scrum Master is responsible for leading and managing Scrum teams within an agile framework. This role requires a strong understanding of Scrum methodologies and the ability to train and mentor team members. The Scrum Master will facilitate team meetings, guide retrospectives, and ensure best practices are followed to enhance team performance. The position offers a contract-to-hire opportunity, with a preference for candidates located in the Orange County, Los Angeles, or San Diego areas.
