About the position

The IT Security Analyst will lead a technical team in managing IT security tools and compliance standards while developing best practices for security architecture and system design. This role involves implementing confidentiality measures, developing IT security policies, conducting risk management analysis, and enforcing security procedures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hands-on technical team in managing IT security tools and automation.
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk management analysis to identify areas of risk.
• Implement confidentiality measures to protect against unauthorized access.
• Help develop IT security policies and standards to support security objectives.
• Conduct security awareness programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in Information Security with recent managerial experience.
• 3+ years of experience with security technologies such as Vulnerability Management, Penetration Testing, Email Security, EDR, MFA, SIEM, IPS, and Firewalls.
• 1 or more of the following certifications: Security+, CASP, CISSP, CISM, C-RISC, CISA, SANS.
• Strong experience with FireEye (Trellix), Tenable.io, Nessus, Splunk, SolarWinds, Varonis, GRC tools, CrowdStrike Falcon, and LogRhythm.
• 3-5 years of experience in an AWS environment.
