About the position

The IT Security Analyst will join the Information Security team of a leading health and fitness company. This role focuses on utilizing security tools and software platforms to generate management reports, oversee security vendors, and participate in various security management phases including vulnerability and incident management, disaster recovery testing, and security reviews.

Responsibilities

• Review and generate security-related management reports and information.
• Serve as a liaison with security vendors and provide service level oversight.
• Participate in all phases of vulnerability management.
• Engage in incident management and disaster recovery testing.
• Conduct security reviews and measurements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of IT experience with a minimum of 3 years in security.
• Extensive experience with EDR technology/platforms (e.g., Crowdstrike, Cortex XDR, Microsoft Defender).
• Professional experience with JAMF Apple Device Management, Intune, and Palo Alto Cortex.
• Experience with IAM (Identity Access Management) and related tools.
• One or more of the following certifications: CompTIA Security, GIAC Information Security Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator: Security, CISSP, SSCP, or CCSP (ISC)2.
• Ability to understand and utilize queries to extract specific data.
• Experience working with Tenable Nessus and other networking tools.
• Familiarity with Splunk.
