Gundersen Health System is seeking a talented IT Security Analyst to join our team to play a critical role in safeguarding our organization's Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing role-based access control and integrating security designs to ensure that the organization's information is safeguarded. You will collaborate with ITDS teams and business stakeholders on various IAM projects and initiatives, ensuring that security measures are effectively integrated into the organization's operations. This position is full-time, requiring 80 hours bi-weekly, and operates during core business hours from Monday to Friday. The work location is in Onalaska, WI, at the Support Services Building, with hybrid eligibility available. As an IT Security Analyst, you will need to stay up to date on the latest IAM trends and best practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will be working closely with various teams to ensure the security of the organization's data and systems. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with at least two years of experience in IT Security. A strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity governance, authentication, and authorization, is crucial for success in this position.
