About the position
The IT Security Engineer II position is focused on performing business analysis and developing actionable insights to enhance current business operations. The role involves working closely with clients to identify analytical requirements and may include producing ad hoc data reports and assisting in system development for capturing business operation information.
Responsibilities
- Perform business analysis using various techniques such as statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and data mining.
- Determine best practices and develop actionable insights and recommendations for current business operations.
- Work directly with internal or external clients to identify analytical requirements.
- Produce ad hoc data and reports as needed.
- Assist in implementing or developing systems to capture business operation information.
- Occasionally guide less experienced business data analysts.
Requirements
- Experience as a Data Engineer and BI Developer.
- Proficiency in SQL development.
- Experience in creating dashboards using Tableau and Qliksense.
- Familiarity with Python programming.
- Some coding experience is preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with statistical analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of predictive modeling.
