Responsibilities

• Track and report on security audit findings and remediation progress to stakeholders and project teams.
• Assist agency executive management, division directors, and IT staff in leading project tasks and resources.
• Utilize project management tools, reports, templates, mentoring, training, and coaching for IT project teams.
• Work directly with agency staff and vendors to fulfill requirements of assigned IT projects.
• Implement project management best practices, including risk management, quality management, and change control.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost.
• Provide leadership, collaboration, supervision, training, guidance, and support to project team members.
• Ensure agency compliance with the State's project management policies and standards.
• Coordinate activities for cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute a change strategy, including stakeholder analysis and communication plans.
• Manage relationships with customers and vendors to align projects with business objectives.
• Manage issues and escalate critical issues for immediate resolution.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in IT auditing (Required)
• 5 years of experience in Security (Required)
• PMP certification (Preferred)
