The IT Senior Manager - Solution Architect at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is a leadership role focused on designing and implementing cloud-based HR solutions. Responsibilities

  • Design and architect cloud-based HR solutions, focusing on HR Datamarts and Datahubs.
  • Lead efforts to integrate Workday data using Workday Public APIs and RAAS reports.
  • Develop and maintain data models and pipelines for data consistency and performance.
  • Provide technical direction on cloud technologies and database design while mentoring teams.
  • Utilize AWS cloud services and Snowflake to optimize HR data solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.

  • Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance across HR data projects.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the HR domain, focusing on HR Datamarts and Datahubs.
  • Expertise in AWS cloud services and Snowflake for cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong Workday expertise, particularly in data extraction and integration.
  • Extensive experience in data modeling and cloud data architectures.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with large global organizations or consulting firms in HR transformation projects.
  • Certifications in Workday, AWS, and Snowflake.
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform for comparative strategies.
