About The Position

The IT Senior Manager is the leader of the IT department, responsible for the strategic direction, management, and support of Tepeyac Community Health Center's Information Technology systems, applications, and services. This individual will work within a small team to ensure that Tepeyac's technology goals and objectives are met efficiently and reliably.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, including cloud-based platforms, networks, telephony, and SAAS-based applications
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the IT strategy to align with the organization's overall goals and objectives
• Manage and oversee the IT department, including supervising and mentoring team members
• Ensure the effective use and management of IT systems, applications, and services
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure optimal technology solutions
