About the position

The Senior IT Product Manager for the Cloud Enablement Engine at Enterprise Mobility will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our cloud products. This position is designed for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about creating products that resonate with technical customers. You will be part of a dynamic team that collaborates across various functions to design, build, and implement the Cloud Enablement product, known as Cloud Engine, which is integral to our IT vision and strategy. Your responsibilities will include understanding and representing the needs of end users and stakeholders, monitoring developments in the DevOps and Cloud Computing domains, and conducting opportunity analyses to identify potential enhancements and innovations. In this role, you will help define the product vision and ensure alignment with key stakeholders, creating a product backlog and delivery roadmap that reflects this vision. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to bring this vision to life, owning the product roadmap and writing high-level requirements that guide development. Your ability to prioritize product features and capabilities will be crucial, as will your role as a product evangelist, building awareness and understanding of the product across the organization. Additionally, you will define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure product adoption and mentor team members to enhance their skills and practices within the product organization. Responsibilities

  • Understand and represent end user and other stakeholder needs.
  • Monitor the DevOps and Cloud Computing domains and develop opportunity analyses.
  • Help define the product vision, drive alignment in partnership with key stakeholders and create a product backlog and delivery roadmap that aligns with that vision.
  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to deliver the vision.
  • Own the product roadmap.
  • Write high-level requirements.
  • Drive prioritization of the product features and capabilities.
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for the product adoption that aligns with stakeholder needs.
  • Mentor product team members.
  • Mature the practices and skills within the product organization.

Requirements

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • 8+ years of experience in the field of information technology, preferably in a large organization
  • 5+ years of experience performing the role of a Product Manager, preferably having exposure to cloud technologies and organizational journeys to cloud adoption
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Data analytics and metrics management skills to evaluate product health, usage, and growth
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across various levels of an organization, including up through senior executives, and collaborate in a diverse organization
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Strong organizational, planning, and documentation skills
  • Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology and workflow management tools
  • Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • Technical background with experience in Cloud Computing and DevOps practices preferred
  • Certified Agile or Scrum Product Owner preferred
  • Leadership and team management preferred
