About the position

The IT service delivery manager oversees the delivery of IT services to AHG end users. They ensure that services are delivered efficiently and meet customer expectations. They also work to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate service level requirements with customers
  • Diagnose problems and take action to improve service levels
  • Establish and maintain procedures and facilities for service delivery
  • Monitor and manage service delivery performance
  • Analyze processes and create strategies to improve service delivery
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve incidents and review performance
  • Bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure IT operations align with business objectives
  • Project management
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Information Technology or related field
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Project management skills
  • Experience developing and implementing solutions for issues that arise during projects
  • Understanding of IT service management frameworks
  • Strong Change Management background
  • 3+ years Healthcare IT experience
  • ITSM Certification

Nice-to-haves

  • ITIL Certification is a plus
