About the position

The IT Service Desk Analyst position at Site Tech Services involves providing technical support to clients in the automotive retail sector and small to medium-sized office environments. The role requires direct interaction with end-users to resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, in-office position with rotating weekend hours.

Responsibilities

  • Create, track, and maintain customer service requests (tickets) within the PSA system.
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and application problem resolution via phone, email, and chat.
  • Setup users in Active Directory and troubleshoot related issues.
  • Setup and modify accounts in Microsoft Exchange and Office 365.
  • Collaborate with other IT associates and vendors to resolve software or hardware issues.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a technical help desk role.
  • 1 year of experience with Windows operating systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong system and network documentation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Microsoft and CompTIA certifications are preferred.
