About the position

The IT Service Desk Analyst at Ernest Health is a remote full-time position focused on providing specialized support for IT services within the organization. The role involves assisting hospital staff, employees, and vendors with IT hardware and application issues, ensuring effective problem resolution and communication. The position emphasizes customer service and aims to enhance the overall work experience for employees through various support initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the Ernest Service Desk function by providing IT support to hospital staff, employees, vendors, and consulting medical staff.
• Identify problems and document issues for effective resolution.
• Communicate with customers and IT support staff to resolve hardware and application issues.
• Handle user and hardware requests to fulfill staff requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for documentation and resolution of tier one issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Prior Help Desk/Service Desk Support experience required.
• Windows Laptop or Desktop support experience required.
• Windows based printer installation/troubleshooting experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Active Directory accounts preferred.
• Service Desk + or Help Desk Certificate preferred.
