About the position

The IT Service Desk Analyst will provide Tier 1 support for a biotech company, focusing on incident management and inventory management for end-user computing devices, workstations, and AV equipment. This on-site role requires strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot various technology platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all inbound incidents via the IT ticket system.
  • Deploy and replace workstation equipment in cubicles and offices.
  • Perform all Tier 1 defined responsibilities including application installations, network account creation and updates, and level 1 troubleshooting.
  • Support AV equipment used for conferences and perform routine checks of workstations to ensure all equipment is in place and functioning.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of service desk experience
  • Strong usage and troubleshooting skills with Windows 10
  • Experience with O365 Applications
  • Familiarity with Azure tenant
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Experience with desktop/laptop computers and workstation equipment
  • Familiarity with technology platforms such as MacOS, iOS, Android, Linux, FreshService, SentinelOne, BeyondTrust, Zscaler, Automox, NinjaOne, uniFLOW
  • Experience imaging and joining computers to Active Directory
  • Ability to perform backup and restore of Windows user profiles
  • Experience creating, modifying, and archiving network accounts.
