About the position

The IT Service Desk Analyst position at TEKsystems is focused on providing Level 1 help desk support across the organization. This role requires a working knowledge of the help desk environment and involves both phone and remote support. The analyst will work collaboratively within the team and across the organization to resolve various technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve Level 1 phone and remote issues and questions.
  • Provide device hardware and software troubleshooting support for Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Android.
  • Support enterprise and desktop applications.
  • Assist with printer access and installations, including driver updates.
  • Perform password resets.
  • Provide remote access support.
  • Utilize ITIL processes for help desk solutions.
  • Stay current with IT security, HIPAA, and compliance issues.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of help desk environment and ITIL processes.
  • Experience in providing Level 1 phone and remote support for desktop-related issues.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, OS, applications, and peripherals.
  • Knowledge of IT security technology and policy developments.
