About the position

The IT Service Desk Project Manager will oversee and coordinate the endpoint refresh schedule within a global healthcare IT environment. This role involves collaboration with various teams, including the Endpoint Refresh Team and Clinical Team, to ensure successful completion of endpoint refresh projects. The position requires strong management skills and a solid understanding of asset management processes, particularly in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the endpoint refresh schedule with the Endpoint Refresh Team, Clinical Team, vendors, and other IT teams.
  • Ensure successful completion of endpoint refresh projects.
  • Develop strategies, prioritized roadmaps, and implementation plans for asset management processes.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the endpoint refresh process.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of asset management processes and toolsets, including CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
  • Experience in a healthcare provider environment preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years managing endpoint refresh schedules with the Endpoint Refresh Team.
  • 5 years of experience with ServiceNow.
  • 3 years of management experience.
