About the position

The IT Service Desk Technician role at Coforge involves providing Level 2 technical support to clients, primarily through phone, email, and chat. The technician will be responsible for resolving end-user incidents, troubleshooting software, hardware, and basic network issues, and maintaining technical documentation. This position is a full-time contract opportunity based in Sioux Falls, SD.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 support to the client.
  • Identify and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Resolve end-user incidents and process requests upon first contact via Phone, Email, and Chat.
  • Escalate user issues to appropriate resources when necessary.
  • Perform software, hardware, and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Clearly document user issues and troubleshooting steps.
  • Maintain technical documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in technical support (Required).
  • Ability to commute to Sioux Falls, SD (Required).
