About the position

The IT Services Project Manager / Business Analyst at Xerox is responsible for managing and overseeing IT technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role combines project management expertise with business analysis skills to drive projects from inception to completion, collaborating with client stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document business requirements, develop project plans, and facilitate communication between teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee IT technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and technical team members to gather and document business requirements.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Provide technical assistance in project concept and charter development.
  • Maintain project documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager and/or Business Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Proficiency in business analysis techniques and tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Business Analysis (CBAP).
  • Familiarity with PIM/MDM platforms and implementations, Software Development, e-Commerce platforms and implementations, iPaaS platforms and offerings.
