Responsibilities

• Conduct penetration testing assessments to identify vulnerabilities in systems.
• Develop secure systems and provide proactive solutions to safeguard sensitive data.
• Build and maintain meaningful client relationships.
• Manage and inspire team members while navigating complex situations.
• Present technical findings with a focus on business impact to management.
• Collaborate with IT and Network Information Security to align security policies and standards.
• Contribute to the development of the team's technical acumen.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or penetration testing.
• Experience with common pentesting and Red Team tools such as Cobalt Strike, Mimikatz, Impacket, and Burp Pro.
• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as C/C++, C#, Python, Go, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of Active Directory concepts and Windows architecture.
• Experience in system administration, incident response, or network engineering.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with automation tools like Ansible and Terraform.
• Demonstrated cultural dexterity and conflict-resolution skills.
