The Windows System Administrator Specialist will be responsible for administering and maintaining Windows systems within the organization, focusing on optimal performance, security, and reliability. Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Windows systems within the organization, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute cloud migration projects.
  • Configure and optimize Windows systems and peripherals, ensuring compatibility, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Windows systems, promptly resolving issues and minimizing downtime.
  • Implement security measures and best practices to protect Windows environments and data.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and develop strategies for Windows system enhancements and improvements.
  • Conduct system analysis and performance tuning to optimize Windows environments for maximum efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to Windows systems administration and cloud migration.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
  • Security+ certification (Sec+).
  • Windows CE certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience in Windows systems administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Windows systems and cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of security principles and best practices in Windows systems administration.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.
