About the position

The IT Site Reliability Lead at Stefanini Group is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services, solutions, and operations. This position is based in Marion, NC, and is integral to maintaining the reliability and efficiency of IT services at the site. The lead will work closely with IT and business leaders both locally and globally, ensuring that all IT operations align with the company's standards for quality, timeliness, and reliability. The role demands a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities to effectively manage and improve IT service delivery. In this role, the IT Site Reliability Lead will oversee the delivery of site IT services, ensuring they meet established quality and cost expectations. The lead will be responsible for Margin Improvement Projects, monitoring site incidents, and ensuring that all requests are resolved within the Service Level Agreements (SLA). A critical aspect of the position involves ensuring that essential site applications are consistently available, properly patched, backed up, and supported by both business and IT owners. The lead will also drive the adoption of enterprise digital technologies and methodologies, owning the roadmap for site reliability improvements and coordinating necessary upgrades and patching efforts with site downtime schedules. Collaboration is key in this role, as the lead will work with various supporting partners and IT teams, including onsite support and remote desktop support, to maintain site reliability targets. Additionally, the lead will develop and maintain reliability targets that align with the site's compelling business needs and will focus on enhancing digital literacy and organizational change management to support enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver site IT services in line with quality, reliability, and cost expectations.
  • Responsible for Margin Improvement Projects delivery.
  • Monitor site incidents and request tickets to ensure they are resolved within SLA and that root cause is identified and addressed.
  • Ensure that critical site applications are available, patched, backed up and supported by business and IT owners.
  • Drive adoption of enterprise digital technologies, methodologies, and solutions.
  • Own the roadmap for site reliability improvements and synchronize upgrades, patching and project efforts with site downtime windows.
  • Collaborate with supporting partners and IT teams including onsite support, remote desktop support, TCS to maintain IT site reliability targets.
  • Develop and maintain site reliability targets that support the site's compelling business need (CBN).
  • Improve site digital literacy, organization change management and IT updates as required to support enterprise initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field preferred or relevant work experience.
  • Understanding of Industry 4.0 and connected devices in the manufacturing space.
  • +5 years of experience in manufacturing IT operations, preferably leading IT programs and projects or leading an IT service or solutions team within a site.
  • IT software or hardware implementation experience.
  • Proven experience working across functions and levels to drive site level IT results.
  • Work in a multicultural and global environment.
  • Self-learner, self-starter.
  • Provide training and knowledge sharing.
