The CAES Advanced Program Development (APD) line of business is seeking an experienced IT Site Support Specialist based on site in Colorado Springs. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service as you are the focal point for all information technology and security duties at our Colorado Springs site. Your primary responsibilities will include managing user administration for MS Exchange, handling Active Directory tasks such as adding new systems to the network and unlocking or resetting user account passwords.
