Our team in Corporate Group is looking for an IT Site Support Technician I to join them. You will report to the Regional IT Site Support Team Lead and will have an on-site, 1st shift work schedule in Gilbert, Arizona.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, research, and resolve routine end-user issues, providing technical assistance and support to end users.
  • Provide guidance and explain policies and procedures to end-users.
  • Troubleshoot end-user PC, network, printing, hardware, software, and application issues, in a timely manner.
  • Deployment of PC equipment and accessories.
  • Installation and support of endpoint software.
  • Conference Room diagnosis and support.
  • Escalation of issues to appropriate team after troubleshooting and documenting progress in the ITSM tool.
  • Provide on-demand support to users with immediate needs at any of our Tech bars.
  • Complete detailed documentation in ticketing system; incidents and requests to technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved.
  • May require support after-hours, in the event of any emergency, critical troubleshooting, system maintenance or other issues as requested.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in an IT support role with heavy customer focus position and technical knowledge of a company's products and services.
  • Experience working with company service desk software/tools, such as Bomgar, operating systems including Windows and Mac OS, as well as computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
  • Possess Industry certifications Windows 7/10, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Net+, Dell proven professional is preferred.
