About the position

The IT Solutions Analyst at BGE, Inc. is responsible for providing first-tier support for implemented solutions and developing innovative solutions using various platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform and Esri Suite. This role involves preparing and conducting technical training programs, offering guidance to users on effective system usage, and creating instructional materials for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-tier support for implemented solutions
• Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Esri Suite, or additional interfaces
• Prepare, write material, and conduct technical training programs
• Advise and guide users in the effective use of systems, products, and services
• Interpret technical manuals and documentation and provide instruction manuals for non-technical users
• Provide training in all modes of usage of systems, products, and services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field is a plus
• Previous internship a plus
• Ability to learn new and innovative concepts quickly and apply them to real world solutions
• Knowledge of coding concepts (writing APIs, web applications, SOAP requests, RESTful requests)
• Understanding of database concepts and structures
• Experience with Office 365
