About the position

ABC Home Medical Supply, Inc is seeking an experienced DME Revenue Cycle IT Solution Architect to join our team in Nashville. This position is crucial for optimizing our Order to Cash (OTC) processes within the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in DME and a deep understanding of the OTC process, which encompasses order processing, claims, reimbursement, and billing. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that our IT systems effectively support billing, collections, and revenue generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing IT solutions that enhance Revenue Cycle management for DME, including order processing, document management, claims, reimbursement, and billing. A key aspect of this role is ensuring the seamless integration of Brightree software with our existing IT infrastructure. The architect will provide technical leadership in the design, development, and deployment of OTC systems, particularly within the Brightree ecosystem. Additionally, the role involves designing and implementing data structures such as data cubes and data lakes to support operational and business KPIs. The architect will also monitor system performance, identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Staying abreast of industry trends and advancements in DME revenue cycle management technologies is essential for this position. The architect will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT systems support billing, collections, and revenue.
• Design and implement IT solutions that optimize Revenue Cycle management for DME.
• Ensure seamless integration of Brightree software with existing IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and deployment of OTC systems.
• Design and implement data structures to support operational and business KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Manage the lifecycle of order to cash systems, including upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting.
• Share new features or trends with business stakeholders in support of business goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technology field.
• 5-8 years of experience in IT solution architecture, focusing on OTC processes.
• Strong knowledge in Brightree or other Order to Cash platforms.
• Experience with integration of Brightree or other Order to Cash platforms with systems in the Revenue Cycle Chain.
• Experience in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) distribution industry.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and their application in the OTC process.
• Working knowledge of automation architectures and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
