About the position

The IT Solutions Specialist at Traders Point Christian Church is responsible for integrating IT solutions with ministry strategies, enhancing the use of technology within the church. This role involves collaborating with ministry teams to identify technology needs, optimizing the use of the Rock Relationship Management System (RMS), and ensuring effective communication and training regarding IT solutions. The specialist will work closely with IT team members to deliver solutions that align with the church's mission and objectives, while also promoting a culture of technology adoption among staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with TPCC ministry teams to integrate IT solutions with ministry strategies.
• Lead IT team efforts to align software and technical solutions with business requirements.
• Optimize the use of the Rock Relationship Management System (RMS).
• Work with ministry teams to clarify technology needs and guide them in applying technology effectively.
• Develop and deliver training and user documentation for IT solutions.
• Promote awareness and correct usage of the RMS platform and other IT products.
• Participate in roadmap development for RMS and related solutions.

Requirements

• Management experience in IT solutions or related field.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT solutions.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience in training and development.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in product marketing.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft productivity suite.
• Ability to write and produce training materials and guides.
• Experience with work management platforms.
