Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain data management systems and/or databases.
- Lead multifunctional development projects in database analysis, design, development, and implementation.
- Serve as Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR).
- Communicate highly technical information to a technical or non-technical audience.
- Manage contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management.
- At least one year of full-time experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in database application design and analysis.
- Experience providing technical advice related to information technology systems and leading database development projects.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in project management and contract management.
- Knowledge of content management and system architecture.
- Skill in developing data dictionaries and data models.
