About the position

The IT Specialist (INFOSEC/CUSTSPT) position at the Department of Justice is responsible for providing high-level IT customer service and support to executives. This role involves evaluating end-user requirements, planning and delivering hardware and software services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic service delivery. The position is located in Washington, DC, and is a permanent, full-time role with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Providing dynamic and complex IT customer service to high level executives.
• Evaluating end-user requirement data and proposed customer service models to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Strategically planning and governing the delivery of hardware and software services to high level executives.
• Scheduling and directing staff meetings with Senior Leaders to analyze problem areas and evaluate customer service support effectiveness.

Requirements

• Must be a United States Citizen or National.
• Must successfully pass a security/background investigation and a drug screening.
• Must be able to hold a Top Secret security clearance.
• Must obtain a Federal Acquisition Certificate for Contracting Officers Representative (FAC-COR) and/or Federal Acquisition Certificate for Program Manager (FAC-PM) within 12 months of appointment.
