About the position

The Supervisory IT Program Manager (INFOSEC/CUSTSPT) position at the Department of Justice (DOJ) involves overseeing IT customer service for high-level executives, ensuring the effective delivery of hardware and software services, and enhancing customer satisfaction through strategic planning and evaluation of service models. This role requires a strong commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment while managing complex IT service delivery and compliance with information security policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic and complex IT customer service to high-level executives.
• Evaluate end-user requirement data and proposed customer service models to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Strategically plan and govern the delivery of hardware and software services to high-level executives.
• Schedule and direct staff meetings with Senior Leaders to analyze problem areas and evaluate customer service support effectiveness.

Requirements

• Must be a United States Citizen or National.
• Must successfully pass a security/background investigation and a drug screening.
• Ability to hold a security clearance at the Top Secret level.
• Experience providing IT service delivery, strategic planning, and financial/budget management to high-level executives.
• Experience providing technical IT guidance and oversight of information security policies.
