About the position

The NTP Specialist/Project Manager is responsible for managing the Notice to Proceed (NTP) process for sales projects, ensuring timely completion and communication with customers and financiers. This role requires effective project management skills to handle various tasks related to funding milestones and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Notice to Proceed for all sales projects in coordination with financiers.
• Manage a queue of NTPs pending, ensuring all are processed and cleared daily.
• Manage a queue of Sales Work pending, ensuring all are processed and cleared daily.
• Overcome NTP stipulations by the financier.
• Communicate with customers regarding stipulations and changes needed.
• Ensure all tasks are completed within established timelines.

Requirements

• Experience in project management or a related field.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and financiers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
