About The Position
This position involves providing training and coaching for individuals and teams transitioning to Agile Software Development Methodology within the Info & Tech Directorate. The role is accountable for mentoring project teams to implement agile practices and improve their adoption of agile principles. Additionally, the position requires monitoring and evaluating software development processes, assessing their effectiveness, and negotiating with management to implement recommendations. The candidate will also develop project plans and provide updates to management on project statuses.
