Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup of laptops, ensuring all necessary software is uploaded
• Manage IT onboarding for new hires, providing necessary equipment and access
• Maintain accurate inventory lists of all IT assets and process returns as needed
• Handle password updates and unlock user accounts, ensuring high levels of security
• Troubleshoot A/V issues and provide solutions to maintain smooth operations
• Set up new employees with required IT equipment and access
• Implement configuration management using tools such as Active Directory
• Utilize various technologies such as Android Development, Cisco, Citrix, Computer Hardware, Dell, and Apple Devices
• Ensure data protection by employing backup technologies.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Android Development
• Knowledge of Cisco Technologies
• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain Computer Hardware
• Experience with Dell Technologies
