About the position

The Sr Application Services Analyst at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) is responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and support of enterprise-wide information systems, particularly focusing on Epic application modules and third-party applications. This role involves formulating complex solutions, mentoring junior analysts, and ensuring the delivery of a secure and effective patient care system that enhances patient experiences and improves outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise-wide information systems functionality.
• Manage Epic application modules and third-party applications, including designing and customizing tables and screens.
• Build databases and test, debug, upgrade, and document information systems' functionality under supervision.
• Utilize knowledge of process-flow analysis to evaluate business automation needs.
• Design and implement complex solutions using various technologies in a scalable manner.
• Mentor IT/Application Services Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, IT management, software engineering, computer engineering, computer science, computer information systems, applied engineering, health information management, health informatics, nursing informatics, nursing, health science, education, business administration, health care, or a related field.
• Four years of directly related professional experience.
• Related Epic certification(s) required, with multiple certifications potentially needed depending on job responsibilities.
