About the position

The IT Staffing Business Development Manager at Yoh is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the company's growth strategy. This position is primarily responsible for developing new business opportunities and acquiring new accounts by researching prospects and building relationships with key decision-makers. The manager will leverage their understanding of the local market's current needs, future projects, and growth projections to effectively sell and develop new account opportunities. This role requires a proactive approach to establishing relationships with new account prospects, ensuring success in acquiring their business. The IT Staffing Business Development Manager will also maintain client relationships, identifying growth opportunities within existing clients by actively communicating and understanding their business needs. In addition to business development, the manager will lead and manage a team of recruiters, collaborating on recruiting techniques, key performance metrics, and tactics to fulfill client requisitions. They will serve as the primary point of contact for recruiters regarding client requisitions, ensuring that the recruiters are well-informed about client needs. The role also involves documenting all sales activities in the CRM system to maintain accurate records of interactions and progress. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and have at least 5 years of experience with a proven track record in sales, particularly in IT staffing. Strong customer service and communication skills, both oral and written, are essential. The candidate should have excellent tactical skills, cold-calling capabilities, and a strong sales acumen, along with the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SharePoint is also required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and acquire new accounts through research and relationship building.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales with a proven track record.
