About the position

The IT Support Analyst at MAU Workforce Solutions will be responsible for installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware to ensure optimal performance within the organization. This role involves providing Tier 2 support for facility computer systems and acting as a customer advocate within the IT department. The position is a direct-hire opportunity based in Charleston, SC, and requires strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 support for facility computer systems, computers, and peripherals.
  • Install, diagnose, maintain, and upgrade/replace hardware to ensure optimal performance.
  • Represent the central IT organization at regional locations and act as a customer advocate within IT.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of IT experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in IT client hardware and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and procedural documentation.
  • Proficient in analyzing complex issues and delivering effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and software distribution systems (e.g., MSSCCM).
  • Skilled in prioritizing and executing tasks efficiently in high-pressure environments with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in diverse environments.
