Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will provide top-notch technical support to computer and telecommunications system users. You will dive into the world of software with expertise in CRM systems, mastering user additions, password resets, and navigating industry-specific platforms. You will champion O365 support, adding a technological edge to the workplace. Additionally, you will navigate VoIP and telephony systems, with YTel as the main product, and set up traditional phone systems, including Polycom, for a streamlined communication experience. Your responsibilities will also include showcasing your prowess in TCP/IP addressing across network domains, utilizing your basic exposure to Azure for user management, and navigating the intricacies of Active Directory, effortlessly adding and deleting users. Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch technical support to computer and telecommunications system users.
  • Master user additions and password resets in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Help Desk or Desktop Support.
  • A solid background in O365 support.
  • Knowledge or hands-on experience with CRM systems, particularly in adding users and password resets.
  • Familiarity with VoIP and telephony systems.
  • Proficiency in setting up traditional phone systems like Polycom.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP addressing across network domains.
  • Basic exposure to Azure for user management.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Active Directory, including user additions and deletions.
  • Conceptual grasp of DHCP and DNS.
