About the position

The IT Support Analyst at Bosch Charleston is responsible for providing Tier 2 support for facility computer systems, including computers and peripherals. This role involves installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware to ensure optimal performance. The analyst will represent the central IT organization at various locations within the region and advocate for customer needs within IT.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for facility computer systems, computers, and peripherals.
• Install, diagnose, maintain, and upgrade/replacement of hardware.
• Ensure optimal performance of IT systems.
• Act as an advocate for the customer within the IT organization.
• Gather customer requirements across a broad variety of IT topics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 8 years of IT manufacturing related experience.
• Technical knowledge of IT client hardware.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and procedural documentation.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and provide solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and software distribution systems (MSSCCM).
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a diverse, team-oriented, and collaborative environment.
• Good understanding of local, regional, and global business requirements.
