About The Position

The IT Support and Systems Specialist position offers the opportunity to assist in User workstation and Network support at the direction of an experienced Network Administrator.

Requirements

• Associate degree in IT related field (Network Specialist, Computer Support Tech, or other related fields), or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of Advanced Windows-based computer systems and technical knowledge of Windows hardware and network systems.
• 6+ months of work experience in a computer technician or helpdesk support environment.

Nice To Haves

• Industry certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve IT Helpdesk inquiries in a timely fashion.
• Manage asset management including PC and printer installation, as well as a variety of document scanners, barcode scanners, and label printers.
• Perform O365 troubleshooting, training, and administration including Teams, One Drive/SharePoint, and Outlook.
• Manage CMMS operations, centralization, and migrations.
• Configure, deploy, and upgrade PCs.
• Familiarize with Meraki Networks.
• Handle DCS security and remote access.
• Engage in Cyber Security tasks.
• Support Hosted VoIP systems.
• Work with local admin workstations (no domain) environment and use Admin by Request software.
• Provide infrastructure support including on-site cabling and connectivity.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Use ticketing system to document all help desk work.
• Provide Fresh Service ticket desk support.
• Communicate effectively with in-house employees, remote employees, and vendors.
• Comfortable in a Cloud Hosted environment.
• Support multiple locations and maintain the integrity of the network and user workstations.
• Resolve the majority of user problems remotely.
