About the position

The IT Support Field Technician at MetaSense, Inc. is responsible for providing on-site technical support to end users, addressing various computer-related issues including imaging, LAN connections, and software malfunctions. This role requires travel to different agency offices, utilizing personal vehicles for transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users for computer-related issues.
• Assist with imaging and setup of computer systems.
• Troubleshoot LAN connection problems.
• Resolve software malfunctions and program issues.
• Support peripheral devices and installations.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Current Vehicle Insurance Certificates
• Experience with Active Directory
• Proficiency in computer hardware troubleshooting
• Strong technical support skills
• Knowledge of LAN and CAT5 installations
• Familiarity with CompTIA certifications.

• Experience with laptop repairs

• Ability to work independently in the field.
