Children's Home Society of Florida (CHS) is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This position is crucial in providing second-level technical support to the agency's end users, ensuring that all computer and equipment issues are addressed efficiently. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software problems, maintaining an inventory of IT resources, and assisting in the planning and execution of IT projects within the organization.
