About the position

We're seeking a motivated, experienced individual eager to provide great customer service and IT support for an exciting company. In this role, you'll assist internal Everi system users, playing a pivotal role in driving team success. Responsibilities

  • Use technology to set up, manage, and track employee equipment across the company.
  • Follow up with employee requests and track progress with ticketing system.
  • Work with different teams to help new employees joining and employees existing transition smoothly.
  • Provide initial support to employees at all levels of the company including the executive team ensuring equipment is fully functional.
  • Keep track of where company assets are and manage inventory.
  • Ensure that user accounts and computers meet security standards for audits.
  • Support employees directly onsite and remote.
  • Customarily and regularly participates in on-call rotation to assist internal customers outside regular business hours.
  • Responsible for maintaining local conference room configuration and emergency support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a combination of education and work experience.
  • 2-4 years' experience in an IT support role working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills.
  • Some experience supporting on-site and remote customers.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated communications skills, with ability to communicate technical subjects to non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows, and ServiceNow preferred.
