Responsibilities

  • Provide support for hardware, software, or network installation, including installing and upgrading hardware and software.
  • Disassemble equipment for relocation as needed.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for clients to report equipment and software malfunctions.
  • Perform client call backs to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gauge service effectiveness.
  • Analyze and resolve technical problems reported by users.
  • Assist users in running management applications and systems effectively.
  • Monitor the operation of computer hardware or software to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop or modify processes and procedures to solve complex operating system problems.
  • Diagnose printer-related issues and provide solutions.
  • Perform computer imaging, with a preference for SCCM experience.
  • Assist Tier I personnel in solving technical problems and investigate elevated issues.
  • Provide specialty support for Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, Windows 10, Mac Operating Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding technical issues and solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Experience in providing Tier 2 IT support.
  • Proficiency in MacOS and Windows operating systems.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy Objects.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook setup.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction and vendor communication.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SCCM for computer imaging.
  • Familiarity with customer satisfaction survey processes.
