The IT Support Specialist position in Colorado Springs is a full-time role focused on providing technical support to customers, assisting with the development of new technology, and resolving technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networking. Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers in the field of computer hardware, software, and networking.
  • Assist with the development of new technology.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide assistance to customers.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to support customer needs.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in the customer support environment.

Requirements

  • 3 years of customer support experience.
  • 1 year of experience in Office365 User Administration, including creating and deleting users.
  • 2 years of experience in desktop support.
  • Experience with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly after being shown once or twice.
  • Experience with configuration of software.
