The IT Support Specialist is a part-time role at CHNK Behavioral Health, focused on assisting the Digital First Strategies Department. Responsibilities

• Install and configure new hardware such as laptops, televisions, and monitors.
• Install and configure software including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Diagnose and resolve desktop issues, utilizing available resources for effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support requests for senior management.
• Create How-To documentation and assist staff with IT-related questions.
• Provide friendly and efficient support to end-users with varying levels of IT knowledge.
• Assist the director in project support by collaborating with vendors.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Enrollment in or completion of college courses in IT or IS fields preferred.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar preferred.
• Proven experience in IT support or a related field, preferably at least one year.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suites and RMM Tools.
• Familiarity with Lenovo Vantage and Microsoft Edge.
• Sensitivity to CHNK cultural initiatives including trauma-informed care and LGBT+ competencies.
