About the position

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day field support for IT needs of a globally distributed corporate workforce.
  • Support Apple laptops/devices and applications.
  • Manage employee accounts for a wide array of applications.
  • Oversee mobile device management, inventory, and security.
  • Assist with connectivity requirements for the global workforce.
  • Be on call to troubleshoot and resolve IT/network-related incidents.
  • Support the growing IT needs of the company.

Requirements

  • A degree is preferred and/or at least 2 years of relevant experience required.
  • Extensive Apple IT expertise (certifications, experience or working at Apple).
  • Administrator level experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Teams.
  • Administrator level experience working with Google Workspaces.
  • Experience with Jamf or comparable mobile device management tools.
  • CompTIA network+, JNCIA, CCNA or any comparable network certifications/experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
