MAXISIQ has an opening for an IT Support Specialist Systems Administrator who will be responsible for providing superior customer service and is committed to the successful operation of our information technology systems. This role is crucial as it involves working closely with customers both remotely and in person, guiding them through systems configuration and troubleshooting, while aiming to resolve issues with efficiency. The position is full-time and is located in Chantilly, VA, with availability expected in the October 2024 timeframe. Candidates must possess an active or current TS/SCI with FS Poly clearance to be considered for this role. In this position, you will provide quick and effective technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance. You will also be responsible for improving client references by writing and maintaining documentation, participating in the development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language, and improving system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes. Your contributions will be vital in accomplishing information systems and organizational missions by completing related results as needed.
