About the position

The IT Support Specialist Tier II position is focused on providing technical support and system administration for a safety consulting company in South Phoenix. The role involves supporting approximately 350 end users across multiple locations, addressing various IT-related issues, and ensuring smooth operation of systems and applications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end users across multiple locations.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory and Azure AD issues.
  • Support and maintain O365 and Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Utilize Microsoft SCCM for system management and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot firewall issues and ensure network security.
  • Perform system administration tasks primarily on Windows OS.
  • Assist with VMware troubleshooting and support.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant IT support experience.
  • Experience with Active Directory, preferably Azure AD.
  • Proficiency in O365 or Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with Microsoft SCCM.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for firewalls.
  • Extensive experience with Windows OS.
  • Exposure to VMware troubleshooting.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience setting up LAN/WAN networks.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell automation.
