About the position

DCI Donor Services (DCIDS) is seeking an IT Analyst to support and improve the operation of laptops, applications, servers, networks, and technical systems. This role serves as the first point of contact for users needing assistance with software and hardware, contributing to the mission of saving lives through organ donation.

Responsibilities

• Field Help Desk requests, enter tickets into the system, close out or escalate tickets as required, and document resolution activities.
• Develop and implement applications/technological process changes.
• Provide setup, maintenance, and repair of PC hardware and audiovisual equipment.
• Provide individual and group instruction/training on computer equipment, software, and network features.
• Recommend and update information systems policies, procedures, diagrams, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities and make recommendations for improvement of information systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years hands-on IT experience supporting servers, desktops, laptops, and systems in a business environment.
• 3+ years of experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting PC and server operating systems (MS Windows, Office).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, office applications, and Active Directory.
• General knowledge of network, server, and virtualization administration.

Nice-to-haves

• Relevant IT related certifications are preferred.
• Prior experience with Office 365 Administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure Active Directory).
• Technical service experience in IP Networking (VLANS, subnets, routing).
• Experience administering enterprise level Anti-Virus systems and Windows updates.
